Production
Our production capability is milling and turning intensive, with secondary and assembly capabilities inside our facility. If necessary, we can expand rapidly to meet customer demands. We also support rigorous quality and quantity intensive production and assembly requirements. We specialize in 5 Axis CNC Milling, 5 Axis CNC Turning, and wire EDM.
R&D Prototypes
R&D components usually require extra care and frequent communication with your engineers. We are always available to provide the engineering support and response necessary to meet any requirements.
Wire EDM Department
Our wire EDM department can maintain accuracy of .0001. This is thanks to new four-axis high-speed cutting machines that produce quality R&D prototypes or product pieces with surface finishes of 2Ra. MachineS axis limits are X.19.500 Y.12.000 and Z.15.000. Our environment is climate controlled and stocked with fully-tooled machines using system 3r, which enable a wide range of applications. We can cut steel, aluminum, copper, and exotic alloys, including carbide, all without cobalt depletion.
Mechanical Assembly
Our team offers mechanical assemblies. We've supported engineers and product managers with manufacturing product improvement.
Engineering Support
Engineering is the key to improved production and quality assurance. Our team maintains an open line of communication with your engineers, quality control, and program managers. In addition we utilize only the best, state-of-the-art CAD CAM software in order to support these needs.
